That'd be like a Batma origin comic where he doesn't show up at all until the issue #10! It feels more like this book belongs to the hero in the beginning, and the other heroes that show up.
Don't quite know where you're going with this book, as it's been an almost 30 page long fight sequence, and I still don't know why anyone is doing what they're doing, save for the heroes defensive reaction.
I'll keep on reading though, but I think we're over the hump as far as the three act structure goes.
Keep on drawing and improving, and get someone to proofread and spell check for you -- not just the spell checker on the computer -- it often doesn't catch misued words. Get a real live person -- I do.
