so yeah I did this to a picture I had just 'cause I was bored....

so yeah... i just used photoshop and used the brushtool, then mer brush options, square brush, then brush options, spacing and scatter at full, then just have at it...

This, if you couldn't tell, is a personal effect I made (though I am sure there are millions you can find in a google search) of my neighborhood fallen into twilight referencing Zelda: twilight princess...
