Yes, in a way. But it was for a class. If I didn't have to finish it in two weeks I probably would have put a bit more effort into the backgrounds, but as it is I thought I pulled it off pretty well with my minimalist approach.
Hey, this was pretty good. Just one major thing I saw -- backgrounds! there were hardly any backgrounds and a lot of whitespace. I know backgrounds are a pain, however, it adds more dimension to the comic if you had included a bit more backgrounds to it. Other than that, I thought it was quite enjoyable. Was this a Naruto fan comic?
