Ankoku Tamaki is the only son of the deceased king Ankoku Shinzuke, who was know for his unability of having sons.

A little after Tamaki was born the king sacrified himself to make a Time barrier to prevent aging among angels until Tamaki was able to search for the "Beelzebub´s seal" at the earth and break the curse of death that was casted among angels.

He was rised under the command of his guardian Masaru the seraph, with the help of Kuma the seer and Royale the knight.

When he turned 9, he was send to the earth to start his journey.

Jc is a barman at the middle-of-the-desert Bar.

He has lived alone since a terrible incident happened at his village, demons attacked it and killed everyone but him and his father. The police condened his father to death thinking he was the murder.
