Let's Start a Riot

You guys ever read critics reviews and some of them point out things like, "Oh, there might be a hidden meaning here," and kinda scoff at the idea? I can't really say there is one here. Maybe a small percentage of that goes here, perhaps a reflection of my opinion of where I've been living these last long years, or a look at conflict of opinion. There isn't really a bad guy but the focus is more what's going on and someone willing to fear change, fear interference, which kinda brings me back to pointing out that it might be a little poke on the Occupy thing... if that's even going on.

The cats are trying to do everything like station districts for the talking animal, try to clean up an image, put the animals that can do human things into everyday life for humans, rights, and then you've got rogue characters like Svenn here, "Whatever happened to minding our business? Must we conform?"

I'm glad I'm not delving into this guy too much, I don't want this to be seen as a political cartoon comic or even Maus-- like I've said before, once we finish up business elsewhere, it's mostly Patrick and the world around him... how he deals with it, people with himj, interactions.

Oh, there's action, there's thief antics, but I'm also looking for a home away from conventions cartoons seem to only stake a claim in with stuff like this. One might say it gives these dudes some depth, and I think so too. They're not entirely one-dimensional parodies of the cartoons they're pastich'ing or whatever it's said.
