So I've been trying to make it as a professional cartoonist and artist for going on a decade now. And back in 2005 I got my first paying job in comic books. Page-rate and everything! It was for this movie a friend of a friend was producing and directing right out of college. The movie was called Judges. And I was hired to do 3 stories, 10 pages each, that would detail the backstory of a major character in the film. My artwork went over so well the director used it for his opening credit sequence. And the distributor of the DVD used it for all of the menu titles on the DVD.
This here muddy photo (sorry, it's muddy, that's my fault I'm not using a good hi res file) is the box cover of the DVD. I figure that's the best way to get this started. -Posted on Jul 20, 2007 |
