I've been in cognito for a couple of weeks! This is the second incarnation of Uninsured Joe. The first comic I posted was rejected... The folks I was drawing it for had an issue with the work "bong"... No joke... the word bong offended the insurance industry folks!
What can you do? Suxh is the world we live in! The new version is a lot more like "Dot Dot Dot..."! I tried to do something a little different with it, but I have figured once again not to mess with something that works!
