Well folks, I’m sorry to say that Hyper Crust is moving to indefinite hiatus. It’s sad, as the poor thing didn’t even make it to ten strips.
I figure I owe you some semblance of explanation, so here’s what I have: I hated writing Hyper Crust. I thought it would be fun to write something that didn’t have to adhere to the strict rules that my main strip, Keyguard Active, is bound by. The truth is I just ended up writing Keyguard strips in a space ship, and a couple of “OMG We’re Being Shot At” strips. That’s no fun for you because it’s nothing you haven’t seen a few million times before.
So I decided that Mertok, Tate, & Captain Harris should go back into the toy box. At least for now. I’d like to thank all of you for reading, and if you liked this strip feel free to head over to my main strip at Keyguardactive.com
