This one comes from Raven, who is an actual artist for a certain famous fantasy chain. He was instructed to paint children chained to the dread emperor's armor (in the Book of Vile Darkness), and when he’s damaged, the children are hurt. When Raven turned in the painting, he was then told to change it by adding points to the ears. Because as we all know, slaughtering elven children is perfectly fine.
