Green Rain was concieved many Christmases and New Years ago, and I always feel so Christmasey with it, so I thought this picture for this page would be appropriate.
So I deleted all the previous pages, except the title page. Why?
I've figured out some things about what I truely want from this comic. First and foremost, I want to enjoy it. I don't want to feel depressed looking at my messages. Reasons why I say this: I became too involved with the opinions of others. So many people had only negative things to say because they didn't like certain aspects of my work. Didn't like the style, I'd change. Didn't like the texture, I changed it. Then I'd be nagged alot about colour in my comic. Yes, the colour green has alot of thematic implications, and why yes, it would be nice to see it in the comic. But I don't want to colour every page. I was using charcoal for awhile, but too many people complained. But people complained when I was just inking or inking and shading with pencil. So what's going to happen? I'm going to do things the way I want. Soon, around the comment box will be a link for a document for what I do and do not want for comments, and it will explain not what I 'want' (ie only nice comments) but what I would 'appreciate' to hear.
So is it starting up finally? Yes, maybe soon. I got my scanner up and running again (which is what was holding me back before).

It's a shame you deleted the previous pages though, I would've liked to read it again. But don't give up! As long as you're happy with the story, that's what matters. I'll be rooting for you :3
I'm glad to see you are still around, I do miss your comic and I am happy to see it updated on my list. I do understand with all the good comments there are a bunch of nasty ones as well. I've been there many times as well, which it causes me to want to quite what I'm doing and give up. but I'm glad to see that you have not given up on drawing, art is a form of expression, and comic is an art. no mater what anyone says it's a form of expression as well, and people have different styles of drawing and creating. take care of yourself and I am looking forward to seeing what you have going.
