Cast of Characters

Lerato

Lerato, son of Keimdall, is the oldest of the main cast members, and often seems the most wordly. Despite knowing so much, he isnot remarkably well-travelled or experianced. On the battlefield he's average at best, but if you let him talk, you'll find yourself doing whatever he wants- he's just that good. Lively, communitative, and hard to rile, he's the sort of guy you can't help but envy- mostly because he's rich from various smart trades with human caravans, and his ties to the elder of words(the tribe's bard). He's probably a little spoiled, but the apparent earnestness of him is rather charming. A lover of music, his singing talents are obvious. Mostly because he won't shut up.

Virote

Virote's mostly a violent thug- he hates any sort of restrictions on his beatings, and will frequently attack people with little discrimination. He never hurts his family or friends, although that catagory is limited to his sister, Yune, and Lerato(well, maybe. He seems to like trying to hit Lerato plenty.) His tattoos exist as a way to scare people, and he does love it when people are scared. After all, scared people leave you alone. Virote has few real talents besides hitting people and breaking things, but when he's not angry-looking, he cleans up alright. He lives in a tent with his sister, Yune, that he can't stand up inside because of the size, which implies that Virote is far from wealthy. It has not yet been said why he is not living with his parents.

His bond with Lerato is a strange one, it seems to largely consist of Lerato hanging around him and teasing him, and then helping him when he needs it, despite the fact that Virote won't admit that they are, in some way or another, friends, and that Virote would probably try and help Lerato if he needed it.

Minor Characters

Keimdall, elder of words (he's a bard), is Lerato's father. He also wears a spiffy cloak. Nothing else is known at this time.

Yune is Virote's little sister. A polite and well-mannered young lady, she doesn't care much for answering the tent-flap, largely because it's usually somone angry at her older brother on the other side. She is devoted to Virote despite the rest of the tribe's worries about how he'll effect her future.
