Remember how a week ago I put up the lineart of 4 heads that was to be part of a cover for a webcomic, that was going to be mashed up with an illo I had done about 4, maybe 5 years ago? Well, here it is! =3 The heads as I stated before are (from left to right) Toby Tyson, Nebulizer, Velocity, and Space Diva. While the big main image is the oooold art, it was a sketch, really, that series creator Tim Temmel inked. Those characters, the one in b&w is Captain Fantastic, the guy in the middle is Matrix Man, and the woman at the bottom is Force Grrl! It's interesting to see artwork from just a few weeks ago being mixed up with artwork from a few years ago XD Pencils and inks on the four heads done by me, as well as the pencils of the main image, but with inks by Temmel on the main image. As a sidenote, I was going to write this last week but had lack of time XD I was flipping through the channels, and I suddenly saw Jewel performing at that Soundstage show =0 OMG, I had forgotten that I had a HUGE crush on her when she first came out! I think I was like, in 11th grade or something lol But wow, seeing and hearing her again for the first time a quite a while, so many warm memories came back lol =3 I was reminiscing when I saw her the first time in that video "You were meant for me", love at first sight! What can I say? I have ALWAYS been a sucker for girls that can play guitar and like to write poems/songs XD Actually, the way my former gf had won me over (after to according to her, where severel misserable failures due to me being incredibly dense lol),was with her writing poetry and such, that she finally had caught my attention XD Some of my friends (especially some of my gal pals) accuse me of being picky when it comes to girls =S I really don't consider myself picky, really. Just that if I'm going to be in a relationship, it has to be meaningful, you know? Not just be with someone just because she's "hot" or fo rme to "not be alone". When I'm with someone I just want to be attracted to her not just in a physical way, to me it has to be something deeper than that, also be connected in a emotional way, in a mental way, in a spirirual way, in the end, thos eare that matters the most because beauty is fleeting, and it's in the eye of the beholder, anyway. And I have lost track completely of what I was writing XD If you've read this far, my apologies, I'm a bit lazy to delete most of this stuff, so here it will stay.
