I have a funny animal book, on the lines of ren and stimpy that I'd like to put up,....but it is a bit more adult-ish..It defintely would have to find its audience, cause it is OUT THERE MAN! LOL -Posted on Apr 17, 2008 | | User: Fenn | | 5 | Wow, that's some awesome inking.
I'm amazed that you can pull off such different styles with such aplomb. That's right, I said aplomb. -Posted on Apr 17, 2008 | | User: ttyler | | | | I love Marvel version when Ploog was drawing the monster in the 70's....I hope to give this a bit of that feel, but to also add a bit of adventure and suspense. After all....the creature isn't going to die by normal means, since he is immortal in a way....so he is going to see a LOT of even stranger stuff than himself. -Posted on Apr 15, 2008 | | User: Abacus | | 5 | | *Cheers* Yay! The story of Frankenstein is one of my all-time favourites ^^ I can't wait to see how you continue this amazing creature's journey -Posted on Apr 15, 2008 | | User: shaneronzio | | 5 | | Awesome, very Bernie Wrightson. -Posted on Apr 15, 2008 | | User: harryq | | 5 | | Holy shit... I can't stop drooling!!! -Posted on Apr 14, 2008 | | User: ttyler | | | | Thanks!! -Posted on Apr 11, 2008 | | User: alejkhan | | | | This looks amazing. Not just the art, but what I love about it is how the narration feels natural to the classic horror story, but still manages to be 100% comic book! You are impressive!! -Posted on Apr 10, 2008 | | User: ttyler | | | | Thank you. This will be more like Marvels, 70's version by Ploog. In this world, Hp Lovecraft type creatures lurk, and plot, and Frankie will fall smack dab in the middle of it all....Just a good way to have monsters slug it out. :-) -Posted on Apr 08, 2008 | | User: SEAN P | | 5 | | Awesome page. I really like your designs. -Posted on Apr 08, 2008 | | User: ttyler | | | | I hope I can find time to update this story. It seems I'm juggling so many things here lately. I REALLY like this story and hope I can get to it soon. -Posted on Apr 07, 2008 | | User: joeyjarin | | 5 | | Tim, you own! -Posted on Apr 07, 2008 | | User: TheMidge28 | | | | talk about deviated septum! -Posted on Apr 03, 2008 | | User: ttyler | | | | I guess doc Frankenstein ran out of budget when he got to the nose part....out of sight, out of mind. -Posted on Apr 03, 2008 | | User: DAJB | | 5 | Great page.
Is this the time to roll out the "my dog's got no nose" gag ...? -Posted on Apr 02, 2008 | | User: TheMidge28 | | 5 | lovely new story and great imagery as per the use. bit different in style as opposed to the Kirby-esque feel of Engine but awesome all its own.
Looking forward to you take on the Frankenstein story. :) -Posted on Apr 02, 2008 | | User: ttyler | | | | Yeah...less is better. I am learning what to keep add and what to leave be. :-) -Posted on Apr 02, 2008 | | User: mlai | | 5 | LOL stitched-on face, excellent!
I didn't notice that he has no nose before.
That's a purty little keep...
For whatever reason, this B&W comic doesn't hurt my eyes (literally) like the last one did. Must be because you're getting used to what Photoshop can and cannot do for you specifically. -Posted on Apr 02, 2008 | | User: cda | | 5 | -Posted on Apr 02, 2008 | | User: cs3ink | | 5 | | Great work. -Posted on Apr 02, 2008 | | Only registered members may vote.
