The announcement from the M.O.P. chopper was a last-minute addititon that gave this page an actual joke as opposed to more violence. Upon looking at it, it's probably the bloodiest page where nobody fires a weapon. Actually, it's probably the bloodiest page, period. Even Charlie No-Aim didn't leak so much life-juice in Protection Rackets & Head Trauma.
