Hey folks. Yeah, late coming... lotsa good reasons, yadda yadda yadda... hope you enjoy this one! It's where things start to get interesting... Hmm... that's about all I got to say this month. Enjoy!

Ooh! One other thing I just thought of. Would you folks rather I start using some of the other things DD offers, like a homepage or a blog? I don't know precisely what I would put on a blog for the comic other than perhaps the occasional progress update when relevant... maybe show off some potential new sprites... I cannot say for sure. But I will inquire of you if you think such things would help, or if you are contented with the setup of this comic as it is.

Ah, So the Wily sheet will be used soon? And the best part about MM 8-bit style, is that it's easy to shade them to make into 16-bit WW style...

and yea, I agree, MM7 style is one of the easier ones to use and expand (heck, my avatar shows that much)

I am indeed called Psychokiller on some other forums. Thanks for the compliment on my spriting abilities. The Wily sheet wasn't the most complex one to do, but it was sure time consuming. The helmeted head was probably the hardest part. Glad you are finding use for it!
I do use MM7 sprites a lot due to greater familiarity, and also because they are capable of relatively easy expansion and expression. What with all the different game worlds (and other worlds O_O OMG SPOILER!) that will be visited over the course of the comic, there will be several other styles used. I've got a lot of long hours of MSPaint and Image Forge ahead of me in that regard. But yeah, MM7 will probably be the most common type of sprites used, due to their relative versatility.
But expect to see some 8-bit Mega Man soon. Why else would I make a Wily 8-bit sheet that large?

Hey, I just realized, you're Psychokiller aren't you? I can't believe I didn't know that until just now ^_^ I say that, because I am using your 8-bit Wily sheet (The one with him on the Robot Master's bodies with the blue color) You are truly a really great spriter.

and here's a question about the comic: Why does it seem like you are using the MM7 sprites more frequently than all the others? Have you gotten more familiar with those sprites or something?

Very edgy, and nice. Can barely wait to see more.

No to the Homepage. It is, as Altimas was trying to say, inconvinient. Still, it would be kinda cool to have independent sections devoted to the 'behind the comic' and possibly holiday comics, etc. Not sure, rather you didn'tm hinestly, but I could see where you could use it.

Thanks for the praise ^_^
I wouldn't know about homepages, I guess... I should probably look into it. I just figured it seemed logical so that it wouldn't automatically go to the back page of one of my comics rather than the beginning... though I suppose that doesn't make TOO much of a difference given my back pages are usually just credits anyhow.
And yeah, it makes more sense to me to post all of a story at once... MAYBE in the future if I can get a good work ethic going I can put out previews every now and then but I like to be as authentic to the experience of reading a comic book as possible, given that I use video game-based media in a very non-book-shaped medium. And ya don't usually get a few pages of a comic book every few days. >_>
No commercials like in comics either, although... with "Behind The Comic", I may just play with that a bit. Assuming I get the time to make some more of those.

NO! Homepages are NOT good, it makes it...inconvien...I can't spell that word right now, but you know what I mean, also, you post all the pages of an issue at the same time???

Well, the updates were great
