And no, assuming you're talking about original Orpheus and not some of the stories based on the Greek myth, which I know less about. I guess you could draw some slight comparisons with the whole 'going to the underworld for love', but only loosely. It was more of a "That's a cool name, we'll use it!" situation from my writer.
