My wife is out of work, and, to top it off, her computer has died. I've been leaving my laptop at home so she can job search, with the unfortunate result of not having had it for comicing on the lunch hour. In point of fact, I haven't even been on it at home in the past couple of weeks. I do have comics drawn and inked, and I have no intention of abandoning EtheC, but I think we're well into an official hiatus. We've had some good news on the job front, and a friend of ours who's a techie has been working on Jen's computer. Hopefully I'll have mine back again soon, but who knows? Keep your fingers crossed for me.

You may have noticed I've missed a few -- okay, two weeks -- updates lately. Unfortunately, on top of all the problems I've been having with borrowing a scanner, I recently found out that my household needs to engage in some job hunting. In any event, I've been distracted by the financial situation. I plan on resuming updates next week, starting Feb. 11.

EtheC Updates: MTWRF
Alright, this week's updates might be a little shaky. I'm still borrowing a scanner, since I haven't gotten one that's compatible with VISTA yet, and my jumpdrive has gone missing. I'm pretty sure I know where, but I might not get it back in time to update regularly on Tuesday. Otherwise, things should go fine....and hopefully I can find my drive, or one of my other ones, in time to make the regular update. Wish me luck!
