Dragonet still weighs quite a bit as a dragon, I figure, even when morphed into human form.

Two things. first: Thank you very much for liking my idea! Second: I like seeing that even in a fantasy setting with magic you apply some hard science to how things work. Not many people do that any more. Many kudos to you.

Spikes that is an interesting take on it, I will want to remember it. I had just assumed her morph ability (which is part inherited, part magic) took care of it, or her now larger mass is stored in the empty "spaces" at the atomic level, allowing her to appear smaller but retain her mass. :P
Hence, I've imagined in melee she'll have the impact of a freight train. But she'll need magic to keep her from falling through thin wood floors or stairs due to her weight.

Hey Will if you wanna roll with a slightly bent law of conservation of mass it would work like this. When changing forms the extra "mass" is stored within her own body as energy. Which in theory would allow her to quickly change forms. It would also stand to reason thats why when she gets too emotional (and lack of training/practice) she gets some draconic traits back. ... Err Am I understanding it right or am I way off?
