Yeah, political correctness can really get fouled up sometimes. Like when the US Patent and Trademark office tried to deny the Dykes On Bikes group the right to copyright their title based on the fact that the word 'dyke' is considered a derogatory term. My reaction was pretty much, "Huh?"
