Description

Jake Flint is a Ryonian prince by birth, an elf like humanoid born on the planet Ryon in the Orion Nebula. Because of Jake's abnormal amount of power and a prophecy of his hand in usurping his throne, his father sent him away to Earth at the tender age of 6, erasing his memory and hiding him as a human. This worked fine until a surprise visit from an Oracle of Ryon named Orthos 8 years later. Sparking some of the old memories he trained with Orthos for a year before leaving Earth with him for Ryon. Upon entering Ryon Jake finds that his father had left the planet on a diplomatic mission. Jake's mother, who had originally convinced his father to send him away instead of killing Jake outright, attempts to bind Jake as the next successor by Ryonian law and get him legally safe from his father and the prophecy made 16 years previously by setting a marriage between him and Natalie, a blond noble who fell in love with Jake at first sight. Unfortunately, word had gotten to his father in the time before the wedding about his son's sudden reappearance and he was returning and taking control of the guard with orders he gave from his returning ship. Jake escaped with Orthos, Natalie, and Luther, who was from a fallen noble family and found his ticket off of the planet with Jake. They were pursued into a hyperspace jump and had to come out of hyperspace early to throw off the unmanned scouts. They ended up coming out in the middle of an asteroid belt and were unable to completely avoid everything. They crash land on the planet Myr. This is where our story begins.
