First page of the second chapter. I have dropped traditional inking and tried to do it in Photoshop. It came out like this, haha.
The idea was to scan the raw page and use it as a texture itself. Also, I have misplaced my best eraser (and couldn't find any of the spare ones) at that time, so it's extra-raw.
Lots of text, but I wanted to sum up the story here, considering how many weeks passed since the beginning.
Not much to add about this one, it was a "sample" page to show what direction I'm going while the comic barely started uploading.
Heh, 'extra-raw'. I actually really like this page - the grittiness serves the mood of the story well. Not to mention 'clusterfuck' is one of my favourite words XD
In your reply to my comment on the previous page, you mentioned that PokerFace may remain nameless for a while, as you come up with this on the spot. All I could think to say to that was "REALLY?!" Haha, I find it amazing that you're capable of spinning out something so intriguing pretty much off the top of your head. I'm jealous! ;)
I also love that Sara has no reservations about tossing a towel to Din X3 If it were me, I'd still be in front of the T.V. yelling like crazy in the hopes that he'd hear me and I wouldn't have to go anywhere near the shower XD *hopelessly bashful*
