Chapter 1: The Adventure Begins

I started Dasien a few years ago, but I didn't like the art or the story at all, so I went back and restarted the story with better art and and more coherent plot.

One of the things to not be featured the first time around was the appearance of chapter covers. I always wanted them, but I didn't really know what I was doing at the time.

So basically, this page was added much later. You can kind of tell, because the appearance of the character here doesn't match the art in the first chapter.

Actually, Marvel has been known to go sans background from time to time on their covers.

The lack if background gives it that 80's music video feel. Not that that's a BAD thing.

I agree with what has been said about backgrounds above. Even a quick horizon line does wonders against making it look like a character is just floating in space. Other than that, awsone work, and welcome back ^_^

This is really good, an interesting stance and bright colors! it could be made better by including a background? 4 for you!
