Things are going to get rocky. Crunch-time is beginning at work again, and these days I want to be extra sure to prove I'm a worthwhile employee. I'll keep trying to update, though. At least this week will be nice because it's Thanksgiving. But my family is coming to visit, so I'll still be pretty busy.
Here are replies to some of the comments on the previous page: Xenterex - I didn't know what you meant by "brown sword" until I realized you got what I was alluding to in the page title. magicalmisfits - Honestly, yeah, it's a bit of a stretch that she's holding up that armor so well. It must be sheer willpower. Doctor Shadow - Thanks! Tinala - Indeed he can't as you'll see in this page! jiminycricketX - I didn't know what DPS meant either. I thought maybe it stood for "Devoted Pirate Slayer", which is just one of Tadashi's roles. Loud_G - I agree, let her in! It would be fun to see how Brooke handles an assignment. Hoolo - I got a good laugh when you mentioned putting Lane in a sidecar.... I kind of want to draw it. b_templar428 - Alec's just too danged overprotective. Let's hope it doesn't backfire on him. armored knight - Thanks, man! I hope to be able to keep going as long as I can. TBustah - Yeah, I have a tougher time drawing motorcycles. There are so many more exposed parts to draw, and I don't have a real one to use as reference, just photos. saphydawg - Thanks! I actually should stop trying to cover up the motorbike so much and just get more used to drawing them.
And in response to my DPS comment, DPS (damage per second) classes are usually the most powerful classes in MMOs. They don't have much armor (so they are easy to kill) but they deal out tons of damage. They are usually either wizardly caster types, or stealthy stab you in the back types (ergo Tadashi). Meanwhile Tanks (like Alec) don't put out much damage, but are virtually invincible, and Healers (Brooke) keep everyone alive. Get all three together on one team, and you are looking on a virtually indestructible group.
and as for spare clothes, they should stop before the geek makes a move on teh elf lady and has a deranged and overprotective knight come home and beat the living tar outta him.
