antcomics

This is the drawing that started it all. I held a contest over at DeviantArt where people suggested what to put in the speech bubbles in a cartoon. The winner would get a drawing, from me, of whatever they chose. The winner requested a drawing of the Compozerz as kids. This was the result. A few days ago, I started thinking of little gags that The Kidz could star in. That led to the idea of naking a "spinoff" strip. I did a gag cartoon over at DA, and asked them what they thought of an occasional "Kidz" comic. Everyone loved the idea. So this comic will be sporadically updated, and star the Guys (Wolfie, Freddie, Felix, Joe, and Lud) and Connie in a suburban/elementary school setting. They're in third grade in this series. They're in the present, as they are in The Compozerz main comic. SO it's going to be sort of a "What if?" situation. It's just for fun, and my mind is brimming with ideas for this. I will, of course, make the main Compz comic a bigger priority. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy this as much as I do! :) -Posted on Aug 05, 2008
