This was originally part of the Drunk Duck Anthology #3, but thanks to (and I'm admittedly bitter here) stupidity and poor communication within Platinum Studious I, and several other contributors, were mysteriously dropped from the compilation. Pooh on them.
And yay for those who did survive and make it into the anthology! And you can still see Capt. Remy on the cover, so at least he's there. . . sorta.
