Everyone is alive! Remember, when a patient sets up to see Dr. Pure, they are implanted with a life support chip that keeps their brainwaves going after they die until Pure's truck arrives to transport them to his cryogenics facility. This attack comes slightly before they were to be revived, but if you recall a few pages back, Pure ordered his team to inject all patients with what he called a "skinjection" to protect them from the elements as best as it can because of the attack coming. Starting next week in Cintara #3, we'll jump way ahead in the future once more, but yeah, they're ALL alive :)
