Reading: The Loneliest Magician - Irene Bradford
You've probably noticed by now that the chapter covers don't really have a whole lot to do with the content of the chapter. That's especially true of this one. For one, Nalshen isn't really going to get a chance to use his awesome fighting skills. Two, this scenery likely won't ever show up.
So why draw this? Because it tells you a bit about the character. I also don't get to draw much of Nalshen, so he gets a bit neglected. Poor guy.
What I like: The lines! I spent all morning one day talking to my friend Jateshi and she helped me so much with that. No, I didn't do any funky line thickness things with the background. It's a background and not really important.
What I don't like: That I can't drawn man lips no mater how much I practice. Makes me nuts a little. -Posted on May 04, 2009 |
