Sorry to everyone here who wants to still read it here, but I think this stint is over. I posed CC here to see just what sort of draw it had on its own without relating to anyone on the site. Now I want to try and build my own space for it. So until then this is the last update on Drunk Duck.
I am still updating the story, though. It's always available on Deviantart. Just go to http://kyrio.deviantart.com
Well for the most part I actually tend to forget this comic is even here. This is because I was uploading these comics 20 at a time, so I'm only here practically once a month. If I was updating this along side DA then I might just go ahead and continue.
But really right now I want to focus more on building my own site for the comics I make rather than hosting it on another. Also with school being such a time sponge as it is, I'm not currently working on the comic at all. So everything's at a freeze right now.
Well, a big part of actually getting comments as opposed to just views does tie into the community aspect of DD.
I do know that there are often comics with many views and little comments, and that is due to viewers either not having an account, or like me, they don't have something to say all the time. In any case, it only takes a minute or two to upload a page onto DD so I don't see any reason to stop (I know I prefer reading CC on DD because DD is built for comic navigation moreso than DA is) when even though it doesn't seem to be getting much attention, it's at least creating a decent mirror/archive for your work.
I'd like to say I'll miss this, but I really won't since I keep up with it on DA anyway :) Whatever your decision on this matter is, I'm sure bright days dawn ahead!
