Only resize in even 100 multiples, such as 200%, ect.
Text bubbles are too big. Make sure they fit evenly and nicely arounf the text, and outlines aren't nessecary, but they do make for a nicer looking comic.

... Uh.. only re-size with the stretch/skew option, in Paint, while having something selected. Make sure you only use the stretch enter field, and only enter in numbers that end in 00. (200, 300, 400, 500, etc.) {If you want, I'll tell you Photoshop's method.. If Sean hasn't yet.}
And ... Your boxes.. Uh .. suck.
To much unused space, and no outline (from what I see. There could be.. But the Jpg says otherwise ;P
