cs3ink: I'm flattered, but not unusual. I think people often overlook or are unaware of how often "scientists" are also involved in what I could call the "arts." I know photographers, painters, and musicians who in their other lives work in the lab. So thank you for the praise, and it means a great deal to me, and I agree that the separation of brain bits is quite silly.

alejkhan: I've been trying to have night fall for quite some time as the pages have gone on. Since there aren't any external lights once the sun has dipped behind the mountains I'm claiming that the stars come out very quickly. And, yes, she's VERY patient.

It's already night! That poor emissary must have a lot of patience. But, I guess you'd have to in that line of work. Super gorgeous colors as always!

I've LONG poo pooed the whole "right brain vs. left brain" argument. From my experience, a scientist, or a designer of things mechanical, or any other traditionally left brain way of making a living uses the exact same mental tools to solve a technical problem as an artist uses to solve an artistic problem. You are living proof that I am right. Stupendous page. Your palette is awe-inspiring, and bold beyond bold.
