He's done flash movies, animations, webdesign, comics,...you name he's got it. Sure like this flash..well there's a lot of potential. Like ozone said only the map function works which brings a fantastic map with unfortunatly only 2 regions detailed. Nice interaction but I'd seriously loose the sound effect, its migraine inducing :D The little menus popping up with info look really nice and clean though.
Another thing I think you could change would be the text font o that main page, its all a little too big, it looks so much more refined on the map stage. Anyway I presume this was a work in making, so no harsh criticism.
