Xade: Snuff only needs a little oxygen so breaths through tiny pores in her skin; much like an insect. She mainly absorbs Dark Strings which replace most respiratory functions for her race.
Glarg: You are correct! All of Snuffkin's attacks are based around the control of sounds (except melee). The attack she's using here mimics static to send her opponent into a trance. She can do most things that involve sound e.g. copy voices, send shock waves, energise particals to create electricity...
