I like the guys in the background in panel 1 and 2, even though they really have nothing to do with The Prisoner. I guess I just like drawing guys in masks.
The "torture machine" at the end is representative of all the devices that #6 is put through in the 17 episodes of the show, and apparently the hair being shaved off is Trevor's secret that he's keeping from #2.

It reminds me of my hair.... The things on Trevor's head are supposed to be electrodes - similar to the ones used in Electroencephalography (or EEG).
While these electrodes would in no way promote hair growth, they do look pretty 1960s sci-fi and therefore fit in with the story. ;)
