| sifueagle | On the island marine sea park, Aqua Exodus, a marine biologist awakens from an explosion to find she is adapting to aquatic life. Now trying to flee the submerged island, mutated creatures roam freely, armed soldiers are about, and something else waits.
Aqua Exodus is a horror themed story with an inspired feel of Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and the majesty of the ocean. With AX, I wanted to do something different from what I normally draw. When going to a marina, the majesty can be felt by the submerged life. This has been evident by Michael Turner's Fathom and Marvel's Sub-Mariner. Why Aquaman always gets ripped apart, I don't know.
It'll be a while before I can get serious with this but I wanted to get the front cover up to wet some appetites. In the image is Angellica Levesque, a marine biologist known as Angel Fish to her friends because of her name and small size.
I hope everyone will enjoy the story.
