A much delayed slice of misanthropy for you folks!

Yup, I'm very late. Again. The last few weeks have been out of hand what with moving into a new house and starting my final year of uni, so I had a hard time finding a moment to draw. I had a lot of catching up to do with friends too, and honestly I'm still waiting for my internet to be set up - I'm doing all this from the discomfort of a library.

Anyhow I'm back and will hopefully return to more regular updates (if anyone still believes me when I say that) I'll also endeavor to catch up with all the other fine work on DD that I've been missing out on lately.

@Lilac: True, but then I make hamfisted attempts to comfort others all the time. I'm slowly learning when to shut up now ;)

@Oldguy: Indeed the face does seem to have changed... almost as if it had a life of it's own... You have a point about backgrounds anyway, on a number of occasions I've slaved over some background details only to end up covering them with speech bubbles later. That said, I feel that without backgrounds sense of time and place is lost and thus a fair amount of atmosphere is sacrificed. I'll get em' in when I can anyhow.

@Ronka: Cheers for saying, it does take a while to do (longer than it should) but as you say it does seem to give more depth and texture to what are relatively simplistic designs.

@Kaitia: That's Hate's way of doing things. Indeed, I'd say it's because he may have gotten through to her that she's so anxious to brush him off...
