mkay so apparently frostwire AND limewire won't connect at all on my laptop. they just sit at "starting connection". i'm assuming it's because i'm plugged into the wall of my dorm since my router didn't work :hmm:
now my tablet is deciding to be all gay and not work right on my laptop also... it doesn't want to create smooth curves or anything if i move it fast enough. it'll be like someone just randomly pushes my hand or hits shift and BAM! there's a straight line in random places and/or random squiggly things in the "circles". it's pissing me off. i also can't uninstall photoshop to try to fix the problem. i uninstalled my tablet a good few times and it didn't work. it's a wonder i got this picture done. i think it might be the fact that im on a laptop? or the newest driver... idk but it's really pissing me off!
on top of that my internet and computer (kinda) is slower than it would be with a router.
if by external disk you mean the d: drive for backups and crap then that's all i got. i have a compac too!! hahaa
i tried restarting photoshop. i actually did get to reinstall it but it didn't do the trick :(
About the tablet thing, It happened to me also. Have you try to add another scratch-disk in your photoshop preferences? That did the trick for me, you'll need an external disk for that. Also you could also re-start photoshop, I know its not efficient doing this but it works. Some how the tablet takes a bit more time to load on laptops ( I also own a Compaq laptop and have the same problems form time to time)
hear hear. my tablet was doing the same thing on photoshop and it just stopped doing it. I didn't do anything. not sure what happened. a lot of people have that problem though when I was searching the internet.
