Several highly detailed pages in a row... I feel drained.

I had a bit of a hard time designing this "inner sanctuary", as Deckard calls it. At best it should combine "monumental", "recreative" and "claustrophobic" at the same time :-) The monument at the centre is a combination of the DNA double helix and the Yin-Yang-symbol. To A.D they're representing their scientific interests... the DNA being a naturalistic/materialistic symbol, the yin-yang something rather spiritual. Actually in one version of my script the Yin-Yang-symbol was the first panel of the whole comic - because it symbolizes distinction, and distinction can be taken to be the "currency" of consciousness. And in case I haven't pointed it out enough times already - that's what the comic should be about :-)

Also, I'm experimenting with a new banner here... this one came out a bit too large, but as always, dd's server needs some time before it fixes things.
